Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.
One chair in the room. Lack of storage space. No luggage rack. Had to live out of suitcase.

It is pretty, the location is good.
The elevator was broken and we were not informed upon check in, resulting in us walking to it (not close) with all our bags on a cart only to find this out on our own and have i determine a new way to our room. I understand things break down, but tell people and explain how to get to where you are going. Better yet, since there were 2 people at the desk and neither appeared busy, offer to assist.

The price was great, the rooms, very nice, lots of towels and very quiet. Free parking. A block from the main street of Palm Springs.

Location and there is a lot of parking. The pool and games also great to have.
The gym has horrible bench press unstable and very un safe !

Location is close to downtown. The price is better than other hotels in similar proximity.Outdoor facilities are nice.

Staff was very kind, close proximity to walk to restaurant, pool area was clean and warm! Cute hotel, loved the hot/cold water machine in game room. Easy check in and out. Lots of parking.
The door had a HUGE CRACK between ground and bottom of door. We told front desk it needed to be fixed and no one came to fix it. Did find a couple of bugs I believe came from this crack. Didn’t have enough face towels when we went to ask for more towels due to room not being cleaned (we had do not disturb sign on door- not worried about room being cleaned- just wanted fresh towels) Parking lot needs more light, as a mom with just her young daughter it was very dark.

The location is great. There's a plaza in the neighborhood. And the room is bigger than we expected.
The hotel facilities looked very old and not quite like the pictures. The elevator from the first floor to the third floor is very small and can only be accessed by two people. Also, the directions to the room were not clear, we had to go around several times before we found the elevator and had to pass by their housekeeping place
