- I didn't like that there was a big stain on the carpet of the room, the room was a bit outdated.,
- Leaky faucet, No reward points, watered down juice, limited tv stations, Old deteriorated condition of hotel, pay for parking
- We have stayed at many ESH, these rooms desperately need a remodel. Old, carpet smells, couch is warn out! Hot tub was warm at best. Not up to Hilton standard at all.
