- Exceptionally friendly staff. There for a concert (along with lots of others) and they had decked out the place to really make us feel welcome.

- Heat control in room 304 didn't seem to work properly. Wall unit had zero reaction when buttons were pressed (any of them). AC unit was set to 70, when I prefer it cooler. Although that did respond when pressed, it would not go below 70.
