- The location was wonderful and the staff were great
- Most everything!
- I have loved this place , but this time there was some miscommunication with staff. I messaged ahead of time about our dog and received reply that we were approved to bring her, but we were not forewarned that the pet fee was $75. When we got to our room, there was a pile of dirty laundry outside the door and the toilet had not been flushed. I called to report this and the young man at the front desk was very apologetic. We then went to dinner and I received a call that there was a dog in our room that had not been registered, which was inaccurate. I called back to make sure our dog was okay and the front desk worker had the maintenance worker apologize for the miscommunication. Our stay in the end was pretty nice after this first eve. The property is very flat with lots of areas to walk dogs. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is pleasant with a pretty view of a pond and rolling turf.

We had difficulty getting our room cleaned. We were able to communicate via text our concerns. But somewhere our requests did not get handled until just before our 3rd night at the hotel.
