Best Western Plus Meridian Inn & Suites, Anaheim-Orange

I like the proximity of my room to the hot job, the friendliness and helpfulness of front desk people .Hotel employee got me signed up for Best Western rewards which did away with the parking fee for the week and Hotel employee searched bus times

Closeness to mall outlet but odd location go a hotel in business area.

Not clean, brown substance in toilet, loose door hinge, big roaches, smells old. Only one elevator working.

They told us they didnt take our Chime card for the credit card but the staff went ahead and approved it this time.

Room was great.

Hallways and walls dirty and old.

I like that it has the pool and the Jacuzzi the Jacuzzi wasn’t at his best cleanliness the breakfast. I enjoyed as well.

Spacious room, location, parking.

The noise around the pool, a specific group or two of hotel visitors owning the pool space the entire stay, and having a pool facing room.

No DON¿T DO IT! They have roaches! American Cockroaches! I woke up to one on the nightstand by the bed and Kitchen area.

The lady who checked me in was helpful and friendly.

the tv in the bedroom does not work. the signage pointing to room #s 200 - 210 is pointing in the wrong direction. breakfast just OK.

It is in a very convenient location. Easy to find. Staff was very friendly as well.

The suites are spacious and although a little outdated style wise the rooms are pretty clean and well kept. It¿s like a tiny apartment. They have free breakfast as well with lots of options, and a little shop you can buy food 24/7.

It¿d be nice to have newer smart TVs but it¿s not a dealbreaker

Loved the outdoor patio and pool area. Our room was fine but the bathroom was really small and slippery bathroom tub

bathroom was small. I didn't like that our room was right outside the elevator and that it was open below as we could hear everything below and everyone's conversation off the elevator as any activity that was below.

Location

The rooms carpet was stained and dirty. The bathroom door was stuck and every time someone turned the water on or flushed the toilet in another room the pipes made loud noises. Also the couch and chair were stained and did not match.

Location in proximity to freeways are good. Great free breakfast, my 4th stay at this hotel. Will stay here again when I have business in the area for sure.

Lots of details with poor repair work not finished or done right. Ex. Poor interior paint job, small things broken, under cabinet exposed, phone in bedroom not working, and missing hair dryer.

Location was good!

The room was very small. You can touch the bed and the tv stand right when you walk in. Smelled like paint. There was no toiletries or any kind of towels. The room was under construction had no design appeal or anywhere to put your stuff.

Very friendly staff. The room was beautiful , spacious, & clean. Great for a family. Parking was right out side the room.

Paid for parking. Room was "renovated" but not completed. Large room, extremely small bathroom. No laundry available. Room next to elevator was noisy.

The location is nice right next to the orange outlets and you can take the shuttle back and forth to Disney.

The hotel was dirty, the room had a strong odor, their were holes in the walls, no freezer in the mini kitchen, we could not get clean towels or blankets, maintenance was suppose to come to our room and never came, no gym as advertised.

The hotel has a terrible smell and the carpet was stained all over. We requested to have the room cleaned and was cleaned once after we spoke to a manager. The elevator broke the first day we arrived and we had to take the stairs to the third floor.

The a/c didnt work we had to keep the door open for a breeze,we stayed 3 nights house keeping didn't come 1 time ... The Continental. breakfast the eggs and potatoes where cold and full of water kind gross
