ALO Hotel by Ayres, Orange

Room was clean.

10Mb WiFi horribly outdated for business needs, wired option (25mb+ preferred). Bath was cramped and blocked by doors. TV Channels all over the place, guessing game.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet room, comfortable bed and fairly easy parking.

Staff people are nice

When toilet got stuck, they gave me the plunder to unstuck my toilet. They gave the wrong room when I book two rooms one for two days and other 6 days.

The front desk/ receptionists truly demonstrated nice guest service. The overall atmosphere helped my family feel comfortable while away from home.

I wish I would have seen that parking fee amount prior to my reservation

Hotel was in a nice location for what we were there for, it was clean, the staff was nice, and they did have a complimentary breakfast.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and parking was not free even though it was listed as free parking

Great location- only ten minutes from Disney, next to a few food places but less than a mile from a mall with tons of additional restaurants. Hotel itself was incredibly clean, staff was fantastic. Breakfast was great and different each morning.

The fridge wasn?t very cold. But other than that it was great.

The staff was very friendly

I just wished the pool had a better view of the sun. It?s just the layout of pool didn?t get much sun.

Excellent Breakfast, Free Parking, Fridge and microwave

Location

Very dirty old carpets and very outdated for the cost

Hotel was very quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. Also loved that there was a shuttle to Disneyland available right outside of the hotel. Free parking was nice as well.

Very clean. Charming elevator. Room was spacious. ART bus right in front.

Funky dirty smell in the hallway of the 3rd floor. Much better as we got closer to our room though. Bus ride to disneyland is over half hour.

We love this hotel have stayed here before very good experience will stay again. The staff is always nice and friendly.

Friendly staff, cleanliness and most importantly, the location. If weather allows it's within easy walking distance of the UCI Medical buildings, a huge shopping center, & The AMC 30 Theaters. It also has a small deli, a Best Buy and a Wendy's next door.

Close to the freeway

Pay an extra $100 deposit Elevators are scary and shaky

The Hotel is well kept, nice and clean. Rooms & décor really nice. Hotel staff friendly & helpful. Really enjoyed my stay

My room 501 phone wasn¿t working & we experienced a loud humming sound all throughout the night. We recorded it for the front desk & was told it was the heavy winds. We were told that another guest complained about the same thing and we switched rooms.

It was clean, quiet and convenient. Staff was friendly. I asked for pillows without feathers, and they got them to the room right away. I left a nice pair of sunglasses in the room, they offered to ship them to my house if I sent them a shipping label.

Clean bathroom, clean room, looks how it¿s pictured online, quiet, good breakfast

When I got to the front desk to return my keys the employee was on the phone with another person who was staying at the hotel. Telling them they called the police because their car had been broken into. We had a perfect stay up until hearing that.

Close proximity to different local attractions. Right off freeway.

Front office staff was very standoff. Seemed to be in a general bad mood. Seemed irritated that they had to be at work. Not very welcoming. Also did not like that breakfast had to be eaten in a small room, unable to take back to room upstairs.

Continental breakfast, heated pool and sauna, location, housekeeping

The room was dusty where the cubby¿s are and the bathtub/shower was awkwardly a step up like a big step up which made it dangerous for my daughter to step out with wet feet.

DARK room-so glad to have room darkening curtains that WORK!

The "shuttle" only goes to disney...ugh.
