Big A Motel & Suites Near Disneyland Orange County

The only thing I liked about it was the location which was close to my relatives house.

The sheets and pillow cases were very dirty and had stains on them and the pillow cases even had hairs on them. And when we went to the front desk to ask for more pillow cases, the attendant was not very friendly and acted like we were bothering him.

The images online are nothing like what you get. The room was very bare. The recess lighting did not provide enough light. The overall quality seemed poor there were stains on the walls, the fridge was dirty and mold on the shower curtain had mold on it.

The hotel was filthy. I had to buy cleaning products and scrub the shower before I could take a shower. The towels smelled musty. They weren't clean The walls were dirty and stained. I couldn't even sleep the bed didn't have clean sheets, they were badl

Very old equipment. Old table and chairs. Bed squeeked and I was the only one on it. Bedspread seemed original from the 80's so I am afraid to think how much bacteria is in it. Two body towels and no hand towels. Everything is on the cheap.

The staff was awful. The man in the office kept looking into my window like a creeper. The lady called me at 10:20 while I¿m turning in paperwork via email and yelled it was checkout time. They are just rude to all the guests, no matter who you are.

Nothing. That place should not be running. They are completely unprofessional.

The hotel was easily accessible area with lots of amenities in the area to choose from there wasn't a lot of homeless people in the area. The hotel itself was quiet the decor was a bit dated but the bed in tv where fairly new.

The toilets are small and low to the ground terrible if you got bad knees and backs. Only other thing I didn't care for was there cable tv channel selection in my opinion wasn't very good

Very helpful staff. Close to both coffee spot and bus stop.

Smelled, especially in the bathroom. Office was closed so I wasn't able to leave my luggage for the day. Bed felt like a table.

I stay here often and the staff are extremely polite and helpful. Rooms are always clean and the environment all depends n all is relaxing

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Love the style of fridge n microwave ...Couldn't ask for a better room !!!

Was a late check - in ....Front desk called 3 times to get me out by 11am... Told me ck out time was 10:30 am.. He seemed put-off that I was there til 11am..Im all for being out on time but I do not need 3 phone calls to get out ! Will never stay again !!

No clothes hangers- no coffee in rooms or lobby No check in sheet with check out time, Wi-Fi info -Loud squeaky mattress Trash in night stand- Hard to get bill copy and they had to have one of the cleaners come back to the office - window need drapes

The location was perfect and the price was reasonable. Staff was on top of everything and made cleanliness top priority.

Older motel! Bathroom door wouldn¿t latch and the room was kinda small.

The size , convenient location I like the fact it comes with fridge and microwave.

Room smelled like a bar. A/c unit barely worked no remote for TV and towels were old and full of holes.

the bathtub very disgusting/ smell cockroach and the room is look like storage room the way they set up, the bed is veryvery itchy and entries room smell cigarette.

Fridge & microwave Only (bed was comfortable) BUT lighting in bathroom was POOR! only one night stand. Dresser had peeling paint. No coffee machine No comfy chair to sit in No desk for a work station Never do I want to come back!

Plenty of space in the single bed and double bed rooms.

Mattresses were terribly stained. I bought a blanket and some covers for the mattresses and pillows to sleep on/with.
