Ontario Gateway Hotel features on-site restaurants and provides a free airport shuttle. Guest rooms offer a flat-screen cable TV. The Ontario Convention Center is across the street. Pros +

  • The hotel was nice. Staff was excellent. Room was clean.
  • An amazing deal for the price. King bed was awesome! Clean and quiet. Not the newest furnishing but a darn good stay for what I paid! Would definitely stay here again!
  • It was very inexpensive and staff was nice checking in and checking out

Cons -

  • The central air conditioning was malfunctioning. Emitting loud noises that precluded a good night's sleep.
  • The screen to the thermostat was cracked. Weird. Otherwise no complaint s!
  • The sheets smelled like they were washed but left in the washer too long before they moved them to a dryer. There was a damp smell as soon as I entered the room and the AC controller was broken so I couldnt circulate the air while I was out.

The hotel was nice. Staff was excellent. Room was clean.

Price is lower than market value. You get for what you pay for.
Carpet is very dirty and not up kept. Hallways smelled like cheap perfume in the air every time we walked by.
