- It was very clean. Everything was beautiful and peaceful.
- The young lady that checked us in was wonderful. Kind and attentive and that is it.
- Breakfast was good and the location was good.
Cons -
- The only dislike I had was the halls were hot but the rooms were comfy.
- ⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay – Not the Experience I ExpectedI came back to my room after dinner to find it freezing cold. I immediately called the front desk—no answer. I then sent two messages through the hotel app and later received a response saying they were busy and would return my call. No one ever did.Inside the room, the issues continued. The microwave buttons didn’t work, and the counters were old and visibly water-stained, which made the room feel worn and neglected.I usually choose this brand because I look forward to the great breakfast experience, but this was a major letdown. The breakfast area was chaotic. A group of loud, rude guests were disruptive in line, and the single server on duty was clearly overwhelmed, unable to keep up with the volume or situation. It was uncomfortable and frustrating.The final straw was the 8th floor hallway, which reeked of marijuana. For a smoke-free hotel, the smell was overwhelming and unpleasant, making the walk to the room miserable.This stay was meant to be a Valentine’s Day staycation, and instead it was stressful and disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standards I expect and is not one I would repeat.
- The heating in the room did not work. Woke up around midnight and room was cold. Turned the thermostat up to 78 degrees and the room never warmed up. Next morning told front desk person and told me I should have called maintenance.Told her other people were sleeping and didn’t want to wake them up. This is second time I’ve had issues with heating.

It was very clean. Everything was beautiful and peaceful.

Everything it's was good, it my second time returning there...
The only people I had but wasn't a big deal. We had some little flies/or nets in the room... I wish the bathroom had a 10x mirror for facial makeup. We did have a problem with the heating system ?. I was chilled
