Pros +
- Excellent location. It is conveniently close to the freeway and its proximity to the medical facility was a huge advantage.
- Friendly staff and we always had clean towels
- We were close to the freeway and honestly did not really hear it like some hotels.
Cons -
- The alarm in the room went off at 12:30 am. It would be helpful if housekeeping could ensure clocks are checked and set properly. The front desk agent handled a reservation issue in a businesslike manner but lacked friendliness.
- We stayed in the handicap room and while the shower was a walk-in and that was great it did not keep any water in so I absolutely soaked anything that was on the floor which was very annoying
- The breakfast was only 6:30-9:30
