Friendly and helpful staff

This hotel barely makes it to a 2 star. Old, broken unusable furniture, old TVs 21 inch in bedroom, laminated TV channel guide. Welcome to 80s!

Spacious, clean.

I did not like that the bathroom was in the bedroom and not out with the living room area.

My kids loved all the room they had to play in the room. You can walk to restaurants and the Mall is a 5 min walk in the same parking lot. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is very nice and attentive.

Nice hotel ! Was clean , quiet, and a great value

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the location.

The walls and doors inside of my room were very dirty and looked like they had not been washed in years, the room is outdated the carpet looked like a cat had been tearing at it. . A lot of homeless people hanging around.

I checked in on Monday the 3rd and they did not cleaned my room till Saturday. I requested them twice during the week to clean my room but they said we only clean rooms every Wednesday once a week. But mine wasn¿t even cleaned on Wednesday.

There was no soap, no towels, no toilet paper, no dish soap. All my garbage bins were full in kitchen and bathroom. Normally they used to wash your dishes everyday when I used to live there in the past. But once a week doesn¿t make sense.

8am 7 days we gardener/blower texted room was ready keep calling for toilet paper Didnt have maid service.

The suite's are very spacious and the location is Great.

My room was changed three times, the first room smelled like hot garbage, the second room smelled like marijuana. The third and final room was a charm, it was very clean for the most part.It didn't have an scents or odors like the previous suite's.

Didn’t like anything. Had to leave early due to room being unclean and infested with spiders.

Did not like staff, no customer service skills. Unclean rooms, spider webs and bugs. Loud, smelled of marijuana. Terrible experience, had to leave two days Early and find new accommodations.

I didn't like anything about it. It was really outdated inside the suite. Mold, stains and the smell was horrible.

The suite was old, really smelly with stains everywhere! Yuck!

Nothing...if I had not been traveling for 20 hours I would have left and found other accomodations

This hotel room was very dingy out of date and was not very clean carpet stained and dirty with trash that their vaccumm attempt did not pick up.

Love that this hotel had a fireplace!

The staff member at the front desk, the service guy and people working at the breakfast bar were really nice. The location is great and easy to navigate. We have stayed before and that single room was much nicer.

The room was not very nice and needs to be updated. The carpet was stained and very worn, the doors to one bedroom did not close/latch because they were offset, the window in the other room did not properly close and the curtains blew open during the night and the heating system was lackluster.
