- Very clean, updated, comfortable bed, good location. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Level 4 and up required a key to enter from elevator, very safe
- Didn¿t have to pay, used points

- Bathroom was leaking
- The room didn¿t feel clean, hair in tub and hair in the toilet bowl that wouldn¿t flush away as if it were stuck to something that was left before (yuck.) Laundry room was ridiculously unclean - I didn¿t use it but certainly would not.
