The hot tub was not hot. Warm like bath water, but after being in there for a while, it got cold.

The amenities were good...

Yes the rooms are old and outdated. Need a refresh badly. Also the elevator takes so long and only 1 elevator works between 200 rooms... doesnt make sense.

Very stingy on milk in the breakfast area. The staff keeps on looking at you when you take food... Also the pool hours are not suitable for me... 10am is too late for anyone to jump into a hot jacuzzi esp. if you want to relax b4 heading out somewhere.

I think the small kitchen was very nice. It was stocked with useful items do I only had to provide the food.

The layout of the stairs made it more inconvenient to take them over the elevator. The breakfast had a lot of carbs when I just wanted a bit more protein.

remote did not work reported it soon after check in was only able to watch tv for a few hours before checkout. There was a strong odor of pee in the hallway and when I tried to use the gym on both days there was towels and garbage laying around.

Mostly seemed dated with regards to shower/tub. Elevators were dated or old looking. Rooms seemed to have both new & old materials which kinda confusing... If they remodeled & brought rooms up to same feel or look it might've scored higher with me.

Many issues with this stay. Phones in the room didn't work, the door handle to get in the room was broken, the the food was awful, the jacuzzi was broken, the gym was closed and no sign notifying people ahead of time regarding facility issue.

The fridge was dirty and i asked them to clean it and they never did.

The hotel double charged me for the room and a $200 deposit for a total of $280 and a week later I still have not gotten my money back and even spoke to them and they said they were going to credit my bank acct and still havent

Professional staff, very nice rooms.

They no longer offer breakfast because of COVID. On this trip they did not come daily to remove trash from the room. Ran out of toilet paper had to go and get some.

The check in process was easy and the hotel is convenient in location.

The housekeepers didn¿t clean under the bed.. it was a ripped up toilet paper roll under there

Bed was comfy, dishes were properly stocked, fridge and dishwasher were very clean, room had a pleasant smell. Staff was friendly, nice open patio area with a grill, basketball court, swimming pool, quite cozy atmosphere all throughout the hotel.

Couch bed mattress was basically like laying a piece of cloth over a bed of rails. Do not provide housekeeping under a 1 week stay, we were there 6 days, so that was a bummer. There is also a $200 deposit
