The lied about pricing it was supposed to be 175 they charged me 225 haven’t even emailed me back to make it right

$10 per night to park they charged me $20 for 1 night they lied / false advertise the price per night 175 but charged my car 225 crazy

Paying to park is ridiculous Metal cheap box springs are very noisy when you sleep and move around

The first room they gave us was too far from the elevator for a handicapped person. The next room had ants on the nightstand and the carpet had stains. We had a hard time getting another room later on, however there was a long blond hair on the sheet.

Location is central. Facilities are in new condition.

Printer in business area is broken. Parking is not secured.

Pool was small. No jacuzzi. And the mail opened the door without knocking to enter my room.

The hotel representative Kevin greeted me very friendly when I walked in. Very accommodating to my preference on floor and position it was facing.

Make sure you put the do not disturb sign because the maid like to get started early.

It had a very nice modern look and the decor was great. The buffet breakfast was awesome!

Yes, we did not sit on the couch or ataman AT ALL because it was visibly very dirty. There were concerning stains all over the couch seat¿s themselves and white spots on the arms and ataman. I took pictures if you would like me to share them with you.

Staff was awesome, front desk is always super friendly and we stayed there a week in total, very clean hotel, breakfast was always a nice touch, but staff was always disinfecting, cleaning, and making sure things were always picked up.

Breakfast was a little bland, but it¿s free and had enough variety. 8/10 but everything was better than expected and excellent.

King Suite was large with a sitting area. I was exhausted and able to extend my checkout until noon no charge or till 3pm charged. Nice and quiet, across the lot from the mall and minutes from Fremont Hub best Desi food! Also great location for ubereats and doordash.

Staff was nice but a bit socially awkward or maybe even a bit pretentious. Might just be the culture of the area, North Cal. It wasn't taken personal just an observation.

New facility m, comfortable bed and room. Nice workout area. Everyone that worked here was so helpful and nice.

Minor inconvenience that we were unable to turn off the fan in the room. It kept going even though ac was off. Little noisy because of that.
