Staff’s were very friendly

In the bathroom sink water was not draining properly it was getting clogged and shower water pressure was very low it was difficult to wash my hair

Hotel employee were exceptional. These guys wear multiple hats to keep the upkeep of the property. The room was clean and spacious. I wish we had stayed more nights here. The breakfast and happy hour are amazing.

Friendly staff. The whole hotel was clean. Great amenities. Comfortable, spacious rooms. It was nice and relaxing. Delicious breakfast and happy hour. Pet. And family Friendly. Very comfortable.

My car was vandalized in front of the lobby. Catalytic Converter thieves know this hotel and strike repeatedly according to the police officer and staff. No daytime cameras or security in effect. Ruined my stay here.

Got here and was not here for even an hour before feeling itchy. Do not go here not only was this room invested there were poor customer service and I literally was on hold getting the run around when I was trying to cancel the room and get my money back.

everything was horrible. I smelt weed smoke and the nobody was following covid 19 guidelines. They say it has a refrigerator but I was able to only fit 1 half gallon in it. Don't go here

Guest laundry, heated pool, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with full kitchen were all great features. Gave us enough towels for the amount of people staying, buffet breakfast was great each day and the service staff even helped out with multiple of my tourist questions.

Not a fan of pets in hotels that's for sure. Questions the cleanliness of the rooms and food safe areas. Also didn't look like they vacuumed or mopped on daily cleans as kitchen floor was sticky and multiple things on the floor from previous guests under Ottomans. Further attention for detail in the rooms.

Everything about this hotel is lovely! We arrived late but the front desk was able to let us in and check in. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and funny. The room and accommodations were perfect! 10/10 recommend this place!

The room was exceptionally clean, pleasantly decorated, and extremely comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of choices.
