Room smelled like mildew, especially the air conditioner and shower curtain

Right off of the freeway which made ingress and egress easier. It was pretty darn clean despite it being in obvious need for a remodel/refresh. Wifi was outstandingly fast for hotel wifi!

The AC unit in room was the noisiest I've encountered in years. It would literally wake us up when it turned on, so we had to turn it off. The room was dated and in need of a refresh and smelled musty.

Most of the hotel staff with whom I interacted were warm, professional and responsive.

Cigarette smoke could be detected in the hallways and also came in through my bathroom vents, but the front desk did take care of the issue by spraying my room with a pleasant essential oil mixture to release the smell of smoke.

Outside noise but that?s beyond the hotel control . Maybe outside security

It was very quiet and housekeeping did not bother us. That has happened at other hotel

The hot tub did not really work while we were there. It was lukewarm. When I called the front desk they said it gets up to 90°. It definitely didn't and the TV streaming didn't work for half of my stay.

HVAC was in operable one day- water saturated the carpet Did not offer another room for the night. No hot water the last morning of my stay.

Very quite and bed very comfy.

There was socks in the room underneath the sitting area, and there was a hair in tub and it was not from the top of your hair.

There was some confusion on requesting a late check-out time.Nowhere was it stated they¿d charge $30 for a late check-out of 1 PM.I¿ve stayed at many hotels and this is the first time there¿s a charge for a late check-out.

No microwaves in the room. I heard the doors clos all day an night. From the other guest rooms. Too much noise.

The room had bad oder. It was coming from air conditioner. Called front desk and they put me on hold for 5 minutes and never called me back to check if I needed anything. Gave us room right above pool. Very loud until 10 pm.

First 2 night A/C was on blowing but not too cold my final night power on but no cold air at all also sounded it was off with power on.

Warm room I had a feeling this problem existed but they still put me in this room I couldn't sleep my final night.

Clean hotel and rooms. Quiet, close to many restuarants.

Not all staff wore masks, even with the mask mandate reinstated in the county.

It was very warm in the room, tried to lower the heat ended up turning heat off left for a few hours came back tried to put the air on was so loud turned it of. Woke up in the morning carpet damp by the unit. NO SLEEP NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE

Staff Friendly Easy and Quick Check-in. Location good Quiet Plenty of parking. Quiet Room, Spacious with Small Refrig. Clean Linens and Towels, Comfortable Bed. Love Seat and Foot Stool to Lounge. Good value for the price.

Hotel Does Not REFUND DEPOSIT IMMEDIATELY at Check Out. They CHARGE $200. and Do Not Refund for TEN (10) DAYS that SUCKS. Booking stated Microwave & Fridge. I did not have Microwave, All rooms do not have Microwaves.

Location

The condition of my rooms plumbing. Clogged sink. Broken shower head. Caused injury to my 15 yr old daughter when it flew off and hit her in the hand. The device was not properly attached. May need to seek legal advice.

Nice staff and nice TV.

Typical Courtyard except for the outrageous incidental hold at check in thats $--- a night and no streaming service on TV and very limited HD channels.

Cleanliness, they don¿t clea rooms everyday and you have to ask for clean towels and have to go to front desk. And service delivery is very poor. Pet hair were on floor and on sofa chair.

Was put in a dirty room with another residents belongings. The AC did NOT work in the new room I was placed in and the front desk staff was unapologetic.

no breakfast no restaurant on site. Even starbucks was not operating on the day we were there.

the room was clean and quiet, although you could hear people in other rooms showering or flushing in the bathroom.
