The Knoll Hotel Napa Valley, Tapestry by Hilton

hotel employee were amazing. I love my stay and how attentive they were. My flight came in a bit earlier and they checked to see if any rooms were available. Celeste also made sure to ask about my Hilton Honors # for my points.

The check in lady put us at the room right next to the bar and the bar was so loud. There was plenty of space in the hotel too.

Staff were super nice and accomadating.

Room wasn't the cleanest and the location was much further from downtown Napa as we had thought.

New, clean and great location. Comfortable beds and stylish decor.

Furnishings

Paper thin walls. I could hear the person walking above me, the people watching a game on the side of me and screaming. Anyone who left their hotel room whether they're across or on the side my room. Also no HBO?!

The bar tender was very funny and personable, rooms were clean and in a quiet location

Checkinrecognizing that we were celebrating a birthday with the stay, and offering a small bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate. The break on the parking was also appreciatedsince there was ample space available.

The fact that we were asked at checkin if we wanted the room serviced the second day of our stay¿which we wholeheartedly did, and then returning that following afternoon only to find that it hadn¿t gotten on the list of rooms to service.

$15 fee to park my vehicle in a parking lot which the hotel is required to have in order to operate.

Rooms were brand new with high quality high end finishes. Check in process was quick

They charge $18 for uncovered parking, where all other hotels would be inclusive. There was no special event going on and the lot was completely empty aside from 10 cars. Front desk staff didn¿t mention anything about an $18 charge.

Friendly and courteous staff. Always asking if they could help. I left his suit jacket in the closet and the staff was very helpful figuring out how to send it to us. Will definitely stay again.Great location too!

Clean, modern hotel with comfy bed with quality sheets/pillows. Was put on the first floor, so was a little loud at times (was ok in the late hours). Hot tub was a little disappointing. Great hotel if you just want a nice, clean place to sleep in Napa.

Hotel parking self parking fee for a location far from downtown or anything.

Clean, modern hotel with nice amenities.

Nice amenities were not working and staff was unable to do some fairly simple things like light a heat lamp. Instead, I heard more than once throughout my stay, ¿sorry about that.¿

Cleanliness, location, amenities, pet friendly.

I loved the boutique feel of the hotel once you walked inside and access to so many amenities were either a short walk or close drive away.

The view across the street isn't great but that is outside of the hotel's control and looks like development will be taking place shortly. The only surprise to me was that there was a daily parking fee.

The location and distance to downtown Napa! It was right there! The concierge recommended great things for our stay that we enjoyed so much! The linen in the room was like a dream. I slept amaizng!

It would be nice if there was a pool but that¿s just extra! There is no complaints on my end

Lobby, staff, snacks available, nearby shopping and dining choices.

Parking charge was overpriced, free parking is a seven minute walk and not recommended by the hotel. Downtown Napa is a 30 minute walk, farther than I expected when browsing online. Snacks were overpriced, but that's kind of the way it is lately.

The manager and Bar Manager were excellent, very professional, and welcoming. I felt like I met a couple of new friends! All the staff were welcoming, it was a great stay.

Coffee in the cafeteria could be better ;)
