The coffee was WAY too hot!! I took a sip and burned my mouth and throat badly. In my opinion coffee should never be served so boiling hot that you can burn yourself.

Hotel was nice, love the pool, the gym and hot breakfast. Love the waffles!

The pillow cases were not changed, and the was some blood at the edge of the pillow case. Didn?t notice it until it was late in the night and when we told the front desk the next day, there was no apology but the did send the for new pillow cases.

It was peaceful & quiet & breakfast very good. Have excellent food.

No problem with nothing. It was relaxing & stress free.

The staff is friendly and helpful

The air conditioning was not easy to manage. A staff person helped get it going (had to press mode) but during the night it got very cold and we couldn't get it to reset or warmer.

3 minutes from downtown Napa, reasonably priced

Could be cleaner. Found hairs all over the bathroom sink, shower, and floor. Elevator and main floor always wet with water from the pool, no choice but to step in it which would later turn into a brown mess.

room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a lot of different sorts of food with an excellent selection. While we didn't use the backyard patio with firepit, it was available and looked inviting.

Paying for parking given the location is ridiculous. $15/day and there was limited parking. The parking fee came as a total shock. Breakfast was not good.

The service. Everyone was so friendly.

We had to call the police regarding a car brek in. Used our hotel room phone and were charged for each call. Over $10 per call! This is outrageous. The pool area needs alot of maintenance. There was visual rust at the bottom due to the lining wear.

Location was convenient for our purposes.

First time I ever saw a bed bug in a hotel, towels were smelly, beds squeaked, breakfast hours were short.

The price. This was just an average experience. The room/hotel barely had any drinkable water anywhere. Both of my cards were not programmed to open my room. I was locked out because my card wasn't even programmed.

The television in our room was not working properly, we had to call a second time to get someone up to get it fix. The television continued to malfunction after it was fixed the first time so we just gave up on it. Other than that, it was a good experien

We were roomed next to a loud party and when we requested to be moved we were relocated under the loud party. We left the hotel and asked for a refund which was denied. Called the manager of the hotel who never responded to my complaint.

Clean, nice staff.

Horrible next to bed lighting - felt like a maximum security prison lighting. Bad wi-fi. Did not alert staff, so hopefully it was a bad day for this service.

I requested accommodations. I thought room would be on the first floor, but it was near elevator. Even though the tub had many grab bars and a seat, it was still a regular tub that had to be stepped into. Rounded edges on night stands would have been nice
