Napa Valley Hotel & Suites

The room was extremely disappointing?unclean, run-down, and slummy, which ruined our stay. We reported the issue, but no one followed up. It's a shame the hotel didn't meet basic cleanliness standards.

The location was excellent! The hotel is a little worn but they have done some updates and the beds were very comfortable! The room was clean and comfortable. Free parking!

The heater running all night but ok for those who like ¿white noise¿ while sleeping. No free breakfast.

Front Desk staff very friendly welcoming and suggested places to dine. Check was smooth and quick

Was disappointed in my stay.

No parking available, room was not clean, staff laughed when I asked them to clean room and couldn¿t direct me to an area to park overnight. Hotel did not have a hot tub/jacuzzi. Paid an arm and a leg for bottlerock weekend; over 5 times the regular price

Room was higher than my expectations as it was very clean, newly refreshed, and overall pleasant.

Parking is first come first serve, which can be tricky.

No parking in the hotel. We had to look for it in other places. Took us a little riding and wait for vacancies.

The location is what we liked best about this hotel.

Our room smelled of mold/mildew or fish. It was muggy, we had to immediately turn on the AC. It made my nose stuffy by the end of our stay. Extremely unacceptable. Also it was dirty hair and dirt all Over the floor and had wires hanging from the ceiling.

Bathroom needed to be updated,but fine. Room needed a lamp or two, artwork on walls. More than one trashcan.

It is in a great location. You can walk to everything in downtown Napa.

It is rundown. The paint was peeling off my door, the carpets look like they have never been replaced, and the air conditioner was struggling to work.

The cleanliness. It smelled sterile as a hospital and I knew it was cleaned well.

There was no fridge!

This hotel was the 3 palms and before that it was the travelodge. It is now renovated and much better than before. The location is great, it's right downtown within walking distance of the wonderful places we like to go such as the Jam Cellar...

The worst hotel experience within 30 minutes of being there. First, my key did not work. The staff insisted it was me, not the key. The tv in my room did not work. I asked the hotel attendant for a refund, as I wanted to leave & check-in elsewhere.

Staff at 3 Palms, told me after having several issues with the room, that he was not allowed to issue a refund- that eventually a manager would have to do it. I had to to stay at this terrible place due to this insane policy. Went to Westin!

Great location. Super staff. Free parking.

This is a motel. No frills, but clean. It certainly gets the job done as a place to sleep, but it's not fine lodging. Few, if any, on-site amenities.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Their suggestions were right what we wanted. The room was very clean only the white leather chair was dirty looking. The best part is being in the center of everything and able to walk to everything.

The only complaint I have is the cable kept going in and out. Also the soda machine did not take change but I put a dollar in and it gave me change.

Location in downtown Napa provides easy walking access to numerous restaurants and events.

Pictures of the rooms on the website were much nicer than the room we stayed in.

Limited parking that had some (not us) parking in handicap parking. No attached breakfast facilities.

Location is awesome...

My shower valve broke and was not repaired while I was there however I was offered another room but by 11pm I was too exhausted to relocate. It was a staff miscommunication and I was credited for the inconvenience. Overall I would stay there again.

Ugly old motel cleaned up a tiny bit. On a Saturday night, noice from the street was very loud.

The location was fantastic. Perfect for walking around downtown Napa to local restaurants, markets, boutique wineries, and venues.

The decor is older, the room is small, and the parking is tight. You cannot beat the location though.
