Near downtown, quaint, quiet

Waay overpriced, poor staff and check in procedures, no one on property to handle issues or check in... Very small room... antiquated... They put is in a "cottage" in another building on the campus... long stairs, my colleague is handicapped.

The old victorian home feeling with modern accompanyments. We loved the giant soaker tub in the bathroom, large shower, and High ceilings. The keyless entry was easy to use and the Manager was always around and eager to help. We will stay again.

Street traffic noise once in a while.

Quaint hotel. Friendly staff. It was comfortable, allowed for contactless check-in. Nice big spa tub. Within walking distance to downtown. I would stay again.

My room was right outside the reception area.

The hotel was charming and the cottages especially were classy and elegant. Lots of thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and hot water always available, check-ins from the innkeeper about the stay and cleaning schedules and a very welcoming atmosphere.

Super charming rooms! Clean, friendly. Safe. Walking distance to down town. Perfect Napa escape.

This was not a problem for us but just to be aware that it is a 3 story house with stairs. No elevators.

The jacuzzi tub feature unfortunately was way too loud. The tub itself was divine.

Hotel employee really saved the day. She made up for some of the mishaps and was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The fire place did not work. We got booked into a room just near the lobby so it was very noisy and the power went out with no one to help until after 8am the next morning.

Cool, old-school hotel in downtown Napa.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was a bit small but everything about it was nice. Really enjoyable wine reception and plated breakfast. Location lends itself to a short, enjoyable walk to downtown.

We were visiting from Texas...all of the staff, especially the front desk was exceptional and very professional breakfast was outstanding

No elevator , so if you have a lot or heavy luggage, as we did, be prepared for stairs.

It felt like I was at home! Fresh breakfast each morning, unlimited DVD rentals, wine & cheese hour each night, free public computer and printing. Absolutely loved everything about this bed & breakfast!

Small room but very comfortable. Fantastic location and deal for the price.

Very romantic and close to everything! The food was stellar and the staff was incredible. We also really enjoyed the fire pit. The fireplace and spa tub are a nice, special touch!

The rooms are small and you can hear just about everything - from people walking down the hall to whatever the "neighbors" are doing. HOWEVER, the positives greatly outweigh the negatives and we do plan on staying here whenever we are in Napa again!!!

Wine tasting, amazing breakfast good location

The jet tub smelled like lake water. We were supposed to have a breakfast to go and it wasn't there when we had to leav .

Pillows very bad. I was told powdered eggs were used for breakfast--Yikes!
