Located one mile from the Wine Train and Oxbow Public Market, this Napa boutique inn operates like a B&B with breakfast included in every stay plus on-site spa services. Please let us know your spa needs when making your reservation. Guests can relax and socialize on our property both indoors or outdoors. We have two fountains with seating areas by them and a lighted patio where you can enjoy the wine you bought while out or buy one of our bottles. Free Wi-Fi is included in each suite and throughout the property. Each luxurious suite at The Napa Inn & Spa features DISH TV. Guests can have flower arrangements and/or wine delivered to their suite for an additional charge (see our packages at reservation checkout). Served in the dining room, guests can enjoy a gourmet breakfast including home made yogurt and granola, fruit, pastry, main course, and a chocolate truffle to take with them when they go. The Napa Inn & Spa is a 15 minute walk from Downtown Napa, the Opera House Uptown Theater, Blue Note, and any of the 25 or so tasting rooms.

- The room was well apointed and Spacious! The jetted tub was amazing with plenty of room for 2! Hotel employee who checked me is a gem! She made sure that coffee and tea was plentiful as well as extra towels. With a home feel, and great staff,I highly recommend!

- Under new mgt. Hire someone on night shift. After Hotel employee left after 6:00, no one to answer Qs. Wifi code? Ice? No one on site or who answered voice mails. If we'd arrived at 7:00PM, no way to access locked door. Hotel employee works behind Inn but needs self time.
- We were awakened to a rat in the wall right over our bed.
- The creeking noises coming from adjacent rooms or from the floor above.

The B&B was very close to downtown. If it's nice and sunny, a walk would be very pleasant (less than 1 mile). The room was exceptionally clean, which is something that I'm very particular about. The neighborhood was quiet and the staff was very friendly
