Easy to access room; room was very spacious; breakfast was in room

The hotel was clean and room spacious, despite not being staffed 24/7 there was always a person responsive (we locked ourselves out at 10pm and someone was there to let us in within 5 minutes!), the breakfast simply fantastic and generous.

I did not like that the coffee maker in our room did not work, but I was able to go down to the lobby and get coffees.

Rooms are very clean as are common area. Reasonable rates with a free,good breakfast delivered to your room, and a free wine tasting every night. Though the hotel is centrally located, it is a not a short walk to downtown Napa.

No. This is not a luxury hotel, but a very good value for its price point.

Don't have great expectations for breakfast, you can do better at Holiday Inn Express cinnamon roll. Room and shower are OK not special.

This is a small quaint hotel close to downtown Napa. The staff could not be more friendly & helpful. The rooms are spacious & very clean. We have already booked our room there for Christmas. We loved this hotel.

The staff was great and they were accommodating

The bathtub was extremely dirty, the shower head was broken and wouldn¿t stand up on its own, the outlets were glitching, the jets in the tub would turn on by themselves and the lights were flickering every time we turned something on.

The hotel is small and on a busy corner, the staff is nice and the room was very clean. They have coffee and tea going 24 hours in the lobby, also a small wine reception at 5:30 and a small breakfast, rolls, juice and yogurt. Not fancy, no pool but clean.

At 11:05 they were calling our room to remind us checkout was 11:00 am, we were finishing up a business call.

The room was nice with a fireplace and whirlpool tub.

The hotel was new and well decorated and maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was simple, but of very good quality.

Unfortunately, there was roadwork being done and made driving to the hotel difficult.

The staff was helpful and the hotel was quaint and fun. The daily wine and cheese reception was a nice addition. Breakfast and refreshments availability was also great! The beds were comfortable and the rooms nice and clean.

I woke up to a cold shower at 7 am and no one was on staff to fix it. It was still cold in the afternoon and had to ask again to have the problem fixed, which it was later. We ended up in the room right off the lobby which was a little loud.

Are room must have been recently painted so there was a paint odor but nothing too bad...

The place is well kept, clean, nice wine tasting at 5:00 pm (a big bonus), nice breakfast. Most of the staff are really friendly.

I asked for a quite room but they gave me one in the first floor close to the front desk. There was a lot of noise coming from the street (cars), so I could not sleep well at all. I arrived early (around noon) so I was expecting a better room.

The rooms were large and inviting, staff was friendly, and there was complimentary wine in the evening with a lovely complimentary breakfast.

The website seemed to advertise a large 2-person soaker tub in the standard room, but this was not the case. There was a deep tub/shower combination, but the 2-person tub was in the Suite not standard room.

Close to highway but from my room no noise issues. Shower a little tricky to run but staff explained well at check-in. I will stay again on my next trip. Nice original modern art work on the walls and comfy bed

Missed breakfast first day due to earlier start.No staff available early evening to morning, wasn't an issue, but could be.
