The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The staff was amazing. Very accommodating and just nice in general. The location couldnÂ¿t have been better. Me and my littles were able to walk from the hotel down to the water to see some sea otters. Many restaurants nearby which was convenient.
Loved the whole experience. Great free breakfast too. Will go back again.

Cons -

This is a $---night hotel room that I paid $---night for.
My hotel door didnÂ¿t close properly. You had to lift it by the door handle and then shove it closed. Holding a baby while doing this was very difficult. Also, the A/C unit had a rattle to it. Every time it kicked on it was loud and would wake me up.

Front desk staff in particular One employee was so rude that she left me with the worst feeling of the entire stay At this point I had been a satisfied customer and was considering One more night obviously I am not No hospitality with that staff member
