Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Riverside Moreno Valley

This hotel is situated among a lot of restaurants and shopping opportunities. Makes it easy to find something to eat without breaking the bank. It was easy to find, good location, lots of free parking.

Cleanliness, security, customer service

the air circulation in the bathroom and when you showered the pipes were loud maybe because I was on the 4th floor, I don¿t know. I also thought it was a little bit pricey for the city Moreno Valley is not Carlsbad or San Diego.

The property was well maintained and had great bedding and pillows. Hotel employee greeted us after a long day of travel, providing us with a much needed welcome!

The electricity changes made to cut down on over-using power when unnecessary also made some power outlets not usable. A breathing machine necessary for sleeping had no outlet near the bed for easy use. The concept has a few glitches!

The fact that the cleaning staff checked our room right after we left and thank goodness we were still in the parking lot loading our things when she found out that we left some clothes in the closet.

Price & convenient location.

I stayed 9 nights & asked ONCE to have my room vacuumed & bedding changed out. Unfortunately, all they did was vacuum and make the bed, without changing the bedding. Also, I didn¿t like the lack of security, there was none on premises, didn¿t feel safe.

Tried using an app that allows me to pay virtually at the time of booking, with that option I get payments monthly. I booked with the card, everything was set then my total was completely higher than what was quoted. So ended up paying and not even stayin

The night staff  gave a key card to an unidentified man with no ID check who was not registered to the room, and this man was waiting in my room when I got out of the shower. Staff told me they were swamped so they bypassed protocol and safety.

One of the main reasons we deserved to stay at this hotel was the Continental breakfast.

The Continental breakfast, didn’t happen,& we were not notified in advance. Grab & Go was given, more like Junk Food than Breakfast. Very Disappointed 😞. We understand that the World as changed, but the at lease notify your guess.

The room we were assigned smelled like gym facilities. I don’t know if it was the carpet. It smelled like vinegar or sweat. Nothing refreshing.

Very clean and quite new. Nicely decorated facilities. Very helpful, friendly staff. Close to restaurants and a supermarket. Free parking and breakfast included.

It was clean and well maintained

We stayed in the first floor probably will ask for the second floor next time. The first floor was a little loud had a bit of trouble with the noise level of the neighbors and people passing through to their rooms
