This was the best hotel staff ever.

I was completely upset the my 1 bedroom double bed suite did not come with a full oven as advertised & staff was unwilling to make any accommodation. The full kitchen was the main factor of selecting this hotel at the $---- price point.

This hotel makes me feel like I?m at home. I can relax and cook.

Nice facility

No good creamer for coffee, show with no door made showers feel cold. Wanted a king bed, got queens, I requested a shower chair. They brought a luggage rack -you know the kind you find folded up in the closets? I’m like that’s not a shower chair. They argued yes it is. I declined. Next day they brought me a tub chair. It had 1 side of legs. Meant to sit on a tub. I don’t have a tub……over all it just didn’t feel like a pro team. I stay at residence inn in Sacramento all the time and have a better experience there. I’ve canceled my second week reservation and moving to a holiday inn.

Our toilet didn't work without us taking the cover off and jiggling the flush valve. Also the AC never cooled the room as much as we tried. But the room the beautiful, staff was amazing along with great breakfast and location.

Perfect location for food, clean inside/out, great complementary breakfast with a variety of food. Big rooms.

Our specific room (2 bedroom suite) was fantastic except the master bedroom. There was No lighting at all other than 2 small mounted bedside lamps that were a warm amber color. Couldn’t see a thing at night. Our blinds didn’t work in our room. Our Tv didn’t work. And lastly, the couch had a permanent slant in the middle cushion, so flat that the back of your knees were hitting the hard frame. We thought to use the pull out as a better way to sit on it, but the pullout was just a gross mattress, no sheets or covers.

Everything was wonderful

The room was well cleaned. The location is close to 2 freeways and local shopping centers. The complimentary breakfast was hassle-free.

At check-in, it was easy although when asked for extra linen and towels they were not forthcoming about policies of conservation. We let them know we are a family of 6 and need more than three towels. We constantly need to ask for them twice because they only gave 3 at a time. Needing a card to keep your lights on was a first for us. It would have been nice to be informed about it. Luckily we ask for an extra key beforehand.Keep in mind that we are not frequent guests and understand things change from time to time. Little information goes a long way.

I like the space and everything they provided to make it feel like an apartment

Before my arrival, I filled out a form requesting NO HOUSEKEEPING service and when I checked in during my first night, I confirmed NO HOUSEKEEPING but will let them know if I need anything! They even have flyers all over our doors saying there's no housekeeping on Thanksgiving day, so I didn't think I would need to worry about putting up the do not disturb sign... this morning, my daughter and I were both still asleep when a lady was knocking on my door like crazy and then open the door without saying a thing (didn't even show her face) because when I got up to check what's going on, she wasn't in my unit. Went out to put up the do not disturb sign and saw her in the corner of my eyes and hang the sign up without saying anything... if I said something, it would not be a pleasant interaction. So I waited and call front desk to complain and report the incident but the only "excuse" I got was that it was "probably" a wellness check... what kind of wellness check come in without saying a word??? But yet knock nonstop and open the front Door and didn't step in nor say anything??? Thanks for the unwanted wake up knock!! Went from 5 to 1 stars real quick

Would not honor extended checkout over 30 minutes. Cleaning lady came in at 12:00 even thought our extended checkout was 12:30.

Smelled great and welcoming. The room was amazing. Was very comfortable with the card swipe to get intoProperty.

Was suppose to get a view of the mountain but got the first floor. But overall are one day stay was perfect.

1st. Time in your hotel. My wife and grandchildren enjoyed our stay.

In fact that my caddallac converter was stolen in front of the hotel parking lot.i probably won't be staying there anytime soon

It was pretty and clean

The cleaning crew kept knocking on my door super early more than 2 times til i had to let them know we were sleeping and they were not letting us rest.
