Regency Hotel - Moreno Valley

QUIET, STAFF WAS NICE. HAD REFRIGIRATOT AND MICRO WAVE

TOILET WAS NOT WORKING WELL AND STOPPED UP. BUT THEY DID FIX IT ONE HOUR BEFORE CHECK OUT.

The hotel was a dumb. There was holes in the wall showing that some equipment had been removed but the holes were never patched The place was in major painting. The carpets were in need of replacement The TV did not work properly.

Sorry got the complaints in the wrong box. There was nothing good to say. The room was way over priced for what was provided. When I tried to get a wake up call the desk said that they did not do wake up calls. Never seen a place with no wake calls

Hotel location is near the freeway. Located near resturants, grocery stores, and gas stations. Room was clean, had refrigerator iron blow dryer TV flat screen.

The mattress was very uncomfortable,you could feel the springs. The pillows way to soft, had to bundle them together to get support.

locatiin is super convenient

The main desk people. My sister xame to pick me up with her kids, and the guy at the front desk wanted to ivercharge me becausae he suspected me to have squeezed 5 people in a 1 bed room

The gave me a smoking room instead of an non smoker , keep in mind I have asthma and my son. The night we check in decided to stay two nights they guarantee the same rate but in morning different staff charged us more.

Spiders!! Breakfast is Coffee and those gas station donut things.

The man in office rude.My boyfriend is in a wheelchair,after his bath we needed more towels they would not give them.We paid with a credit card and still had to put $50 holding fee.The blanket had holes.The heater smelled awful.There was a bug in tub.

Price was ok

The phone in the room did not work at all, could not get a dial tone or call the front . The remote volume buttons worked only sometimes and the volume buttons on the TV were locked so when the remote decided not to work you could not use the TV buttons.

1st of --the owner&his family--need to take some classes in business &hotel!i know they own the place,but if it wasnt for hard working Americans,like myself--without customers --no hotel..&;i was really upset before i checked in,because that wasnt the#1

The room

Ed and dirty Nothing it was dirty the rooms were old and dirty . The bathroom was full of old pipping the towels were stain

Dirty old filled with homeless people very ghetto

The worker was very nice

Room smelled like cat pee, there was a roach in the room. There was people smoking outside , being loud. When you washed your hands, there was a strong odor coming from the sink, like sewage.

The manager Drew went above and beyond to help me thru a very difficult time he was so truly kind and helpful.

Remote control was hard to use on TV.. TV channels were not a great selection

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I made a reservation and when I went to check in, the receptionist asked for twice the amount. He said that he absolutely did not accept the fee in the app and that it was not his problem. He said that the fee was paid through the app and that the fee was low. He said that he could not enter the hotel without paying this fee. He only accepts cash. In other words, he is scamming everyone.
