Easy check in.

no shampoo in rooms. The rooms are super bare. People loitering in parking lot. No breakfast or water. No actual lobby.

A lot of homeless off a random street by a field

Room staff sum what RoomQuietness Location

Nothing everything was nice

Pretty clean. Lots of security cameras and lights. Lots of rules

Hard to find HBO on weird channel list with numbers like 45.7. Not a biggie

Bad

Front desk calling us to check out at 10am when check out is at 11am

Clean, nobody lurking around & quiet

Everything was good

Bad

at the start of 11PM to 5AM, noises on the 2nd floor was non-stop, people arguing, footsteps are so loud and music playing all night

It was a great stay. The only thing that was irritating was a girl very loudly being interruptive to a lot of people just loud like she was only only one there other than that the facility was amazing.

Clean

Awful decision.

Total disregard for clients. Room already paid ,confirmation number and all information given and the staff not helping to process the booking. They left us at the streets. And We have to drive 2 hrs back home and not able to continue our next day plan.Very unhappy situation.

Pet friendly.

Bad Area. Dog waste area is very small and have dangerous debris on ground.

When I checked in the guy that was there (at night time) was very rude. He asked me if it was me the one in my drivers licence, I explained I had lost a lot of weight and he kept insisting it wasn’t me. I understand hes “doing hes job” but I explained myself TWICE why I looked different due to weight loss and he kept on taking for ever to check me in looking at my ID and me. Besides that, the room was ok and it was quiet.

The location of the property was great for where I was going and had several of convenient stores around. Property was well-maintained clean and quiet.

The only one thing I didn’t like, had nothing to do with the property, but regard other guest. Having inconsiderate guest stomping, and making noise at 2 AM, it’s not a way to wake up from a deep sleep. Although the staff was helpful when I called to notify them at 2AM, the noise started again at 5:30AM, in the morning it was like they didn’t sleep all night. ? I can honestly say, despite of the horrible, rude, noisy neighbors, upstairs Our stay, there was very pleasant and convenient for what we needed.
