Hampton Inn & Suites Moreno Valley

Next to Costco and great location.

Everything is Old and Outdated. Shower needs more water pressure and makes loud noises when we try to use it. They need to remodel the whole hotel and breakfast needs more selections.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was spacious.

The breakfast was not to our taste, but doesn't come at an extra charge.

Was very clean and the bead was super comfortable! Sleep great!

Only reason I may not stay here again is that the water pressure was HORRIBLE! So, so slow! Took me twice as long to get rinsed off!

It was in great location close to everything you would need while traveling. Store to the mall and great restaurants.

They do not have any outside cameras. My truck got stolen from the back parking lot. Which is really surprising to me that at this darn age they would not have outside cameras. Need less to say I will not be staying there anymore. So not park in the back!

Bathrooms need to be refurbished. Paint coming off the counter facing and towel holder over the toilet

Extra charge for dog which was not disclosed at booking, especially since it was recommended by the Riverside Kennel Club. $ 85.00 for a dog is unreasonable!

They didn't clean our room. No maid service unless you request it, but they didn't tell us that.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Oftentimes you can come down for breakfast near the end and food has run out but that was not the case. The food was plentiful and fresh!

The person checking me in at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the morning crew were nice.

The microwave in the room did not work. The HVAC unit was noisy and I had to turn it off.

Staff was prompt in responding and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Heating unit was extremely noisy, but staff responded well to the situation and it was fixed the next day.

Tv did no work 100% of our stay. Pool area with glass bottles, dirty, people smoking. Staff did not communicate in timely manner.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the location was perfect!! Lots of places to shop and eat close by.

I am a very clean person so I didn¿t like that I found strands of hair on the shower walls. The a/c unit was loud and the toilet would get stuck and run. I had to lift the top of the tank and shake the lever for the water to fill up again. I

Absolutely nothing. Horrible hotel. Dirty, and upon check in the room had won too many problems including a backed up and broken toilet.

Nope. It was not a place for us. We checked out almost as soon as we checked in.

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The hot breakfast was delicious and the pool was heated! Very good location with all types of restaurants within walking distance.

The pillows and Mattress were so stinky I couldn't sleep all night it is unacceptable specially during this pandemic.

Due to Covid 19, the breakfast was not up to usual Hampton Inn Standards but it was still good.

Air Conditioning--it shuts off the AC when you leave the room (motion sensor I believe), so when you return at the end of the day, the room is uncomfortably warm, not cool.
