Ayres Hotel & Spa Moreno Valley

The free breakfast was great, staff attitudes were welcoming.

On my floor they were renovating and the smells where killing my sinuses

Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, great value and bonus of check out at noon.

Next to Costco and great location.

Doesn't have a lots of breakfast selections and room kind of small.

The staff was amazingly courteous, helpful and accommodating.. Food was very great!

We couldn't connect our Google chromecast to the TV sadly so we had to watch our movies on our tablet.

Loved breakfast, and that it stays open until 10pm. Ahh one thing though the bar was closed on weekends ¿¿

Normally I love the Ayres,this one had lower quality beds around the same level as motel 6 low thread count sheets maybe around 150 the comforter was thin more like a thick bed sheets with 125 thread count. The staff did their jobs correctly -

But with no warm welcome. Asking more then three questions about hotel and area will diminish the smile to a gloom open mouth stair accompanied with head nod or shake.There was no restaurant as stated. Buffet style pan with precooked egg and loose meat

The cleanest of the room the professionalism of the staff and the free breakfast taco Tuesday in taco Tuesday. We will definitely be back so stay at your lovely and friendly hotel

Rooms seem a bit small for this star level. Breakfast flavor was bland with items like sausages barely cooked well-enough for my taste.

The breakfast was great, our rooms were clean and had plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again. The location is great with plenty of options to shop and dine.

We love the building. Very clean and taken care of. I wish the staff were more trained and accommodating.

Front receptionist did a horrible job checking us in. She completely checked us under the wrong person. That wasn''t all of it. She made the same mistake again with the next customer. Unreliable staff. I have yet spoke to the supervisor/manager.

Such kind personnel upon checking in....absolutely clean and quiet room....sink/mirror separate from toilet/shower/tub... perfect stay!

They make a great breakfast daily with an omelette station!

They seem to have a large staff but the staff is not very knowledgeable (we asked them if they knew what restaurants or stores were open nearby on Christmas Day the staff person said “We have no idea no one gives us a list or anything”.

Terrific room, wonderful breakfast, our 2nd stay and will come back.

The Ayres was great. We walked in and we were greater by a smiling crew the biggest smile being from hotel employee, who checked us in. Everything was explained with a smile. They were wonderful. Room was great. Clean, welldecorated.very clean.

The electricity panel where you had to have a room key inserted. That was a bit annoying. Especially when I left a key in there and a housekeeper took it out.
