shower leaking, missing towels, tissue paper is not enough

The location was great for what we had planned. It was easy to get find. The staff were all friendly. They breakfast was good.

Although all Comfort Inns that I have stayed at have been top notch, this one was the best! Looked just remodeled! I had called to get a quiet room prior to arriving there. Staff was so delightful to speak with and knowledgeable just like the owner!

The staff and the breakfast in the morning also location is safe.

The staff was friendly and made you feel welcome. The hotel is clean and safe.

Friendly staff and good location

l dropped some small pills on the carpet near bed and found that they stayed there for several days which meant that carpet was not vacuumed.

It was quiet and clean. The bedding was comfortable.

It was not updated in any way. They advertised a hot breakfast but the dining room was closed. We were given a bag of cheap poor quality food instead. Poor value compared to other area hotels.

Room is clean, bed is comfortable. This hotel is at perfect location, very convenient, close to restaurants and shopping area.

When we arrived at around 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm, found nobody at front desk. Waited about 10 minutes to see the staff coming back from the elevator. Service could be improved to make guests feel welcome.

Always a easy fast check in

My third time in this room and the restroom is still the same way as the first time I checked into room 116 the ceiling is caving in and the walls are peeling and it has a very bad mildew smell

Better viewing options on tv

The room was clean, the guy at the front desk was friendly, we said we needed a little more time to check out, he was polite about it and didn¿t rush us out, which was appreciated.

Maybe there could¿ve been more viewing options on the tv, maybe an extra sitting furniture in the corner and better water pressure and or shower head for the shower.

The shower¿s water pressure is actually pretty good here because good water pressure is hard to find, this hotel has the best one so far.

Checking in took forever even though there was only 1 person in line ahead of me maybe there needs to be another person at the front desk to check in the guests

Convenient location & clean

Room had very heavy bleach. Took 2 days to air out. Bath room fan too loud. Air conditioner too loud and vibrated when turning on and off. Leaving window open brought very noisy street traffic sound (turned air con off trying to sleep and not be woken)

Our door didn’t lock, we were unable to apply our AAA discount and our room was right in front of check in so we heard everyone walking in and out and checking in or out. Not enough tables to have breakfast.

The king size bed was really comfortable,the pillows were soft. The room had everything in it. fridge, blow dryer, micro,wifi,etc. overall very nice and clean room. Staff was also courteous. No complaints!

Only that the carpet in the room may have to be changed.

Great affordable price. . lots of parking

Room was supposed to be non smoking , but it smelled like many had smoked in it.
