The staff didn’t clean or give me a towel so l used my towel

Smells really bad Looks ugly. Bathroom looks bad because the floor and walls

I like that it had a pool but I was not able to access it

The room is dirty with stains on the walls and bed. The electricity went out and the pool was not clean so I could not access it

The location and great Customer service.

Roaches were visible.

Dirty, no housekeeping, never had toilet paper, ignored me when I asked for toilet paper, cigarette burns on all blanket and the tub

This hotel was dirtiest i ever stayed. Also toilet have no water chain to flapper was broken and shower was so dirty. Soon as I walk in I walk out. And the staff didn't want to refund money

That hotel, Star Best Inn, shouldn't be open for business. It's too bad I didn't take a picture; it's so dirty that they don't change the blanket, the bathtub is broken, and there is a hole, the sink drainage is leaking, and outside there is a lot of dog poop, All they said in website is not true it's a scam, its not a queen bed its only full size, there is no microwave inside your room, you need to go to the second floor to use microwave, take note the microwave is the the second floor outside with the ice machine, and its so dirty they don't clean the microwave, we stay there for 6 nights, we ask if we can cancel the 5 nights but they won't refund our money. They should not be in the business

Their prices are cheap for a reason and you still don't get what you pay for it's filthy infested

Horrible disgusting nasty infested nasty mattresses nasty walls of floors and bedspreads with holes in sheets with writing on them the mattresses have graffiti on them and they look 30 years old and dingy.

Very ugly room and uncomfortable for what I paid for. Disappointing

Everything was so old, furniture, walls had graffiti and the bedsheets were old and looked dirty too. AC was falling apart and there was roaches in bathroom

The units are not very clean the rooms are horrible their bugs in the room holes in the bedspread holes in the blinds. The worst hotel I've ever experienced

The place was filthy, walls falling apart, bed sheets torn and it smelled like cigarettes.

Very disrespectful staff is they try to act like your friends, but they’re very disrespectful. They pound on your doors for checkout they talk to you in a very aggressive manner.
