Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles Montebello

No place to smoke. I had to go far back of the building to have a cigarette. They should at least have some kind of shed or bench,,the water pressure was very low. In the sink and the shower was worse.

Great staff, quiet location, hotel offers a lot of convenience i.e. laundry facilities, good internet, plenty of free parking.

Location

Requested for two queen beds but was given a 1 king size bed. The water pressure was so low that it?s hard to take a shower. Toilet paper kept dropping onto floor due to loose toilet paper holders.

The staff was so helpful, friendly, and responsive. The location next to a golf course was great for me to walk my dogs along the paved path.

The shower pressure wasn?t that good. It made me feel like I left shampoo in my hair.

The hotel was great!

Issac at front desk was rude in explaining why we got locked out of the room on second night at 10pm after running an event for the whole day being dead tired. I used their app to check in but was not asked for a security deposit.

Cleanliness

No parking had to park across the hotel. The room was for a person in a wheel chair which is fine but in the shower water would splash every where ,not enough towels,no conditioner,no ironing board,no mirrors other than the bathroom. I was disappointed

The tap water was way way way to small. Even It was difficult for daily clean.

Many, but not all, of the front desk staff clearly not trained in customer service. also, DO NOT accept a 1st floor room if you don't like noise - it's where they put people with babies, screaming kids, barking dogs and it's by the bar.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Menu selection in the hotel restaurant is small, but the quality is surprisingly good at moderate prices.

The rooms are noisy. You can hear every word spoken in the hallway, closing of doors or ¿housekeeping, housekeeping" in the morning. From 7 a.m. at the latest, you will be disturbed by engine noise for about an hour, as the golf course is prepared

The soundproofing in this particular Hilton was terrible. We heard EVERY DOOR that was shut any hour. Saturday Night after midnight...horrible noise in the hall that woke us up...we called the desk and it still continued for close to an hour. Not Hilton

. Noises throughout late night up until 12am . A wedding party was at the hotel all throughout the night heard noise . Fire alarm set off 3 time during the morning . Expect it hilton to comp a future night after speaking to staff but they just apologiz

This was the second time that we stayed at this location. The remodeling looks great. hotel employee did a fantastic job welcoming us when we arrived, the staff was friendly, The room and lobby were clean. The location is perfect.

The location for me is ideal, the hotel is kinda hidden on top of a golf course. The hotel is nice and clean.

I didn¿t like my room, here wasn¿t anything wrong with it, it just wasn¿t as nice and out of all the Hilton hotels I¿ve stayed, I like this one the least. I didn¿t like that the bathroom was shower only no tub plus the water pressure wasn¿t good.

Quiet, central location for me, and comfortable. Smoke-free! I didn’t realize right away but upon checking out I saw a sign and right away knew how much of a difference that made. No smells of cigarettes at all.

The hotel parking lot had a sign warning us about the potential of having our vehicles damaged due to the proximity of the golf course next door. Also, the hotel would not be responsible for the damage.

There is very little parking for guests. I had to park across the street, which was inconvenient.
