- Excellent front desk staff - friendly and responsive to concerns.
- Room is extremely clean and quiet. Front desk staff is very friendly. Location is convenient to the event I was attending.

- Hot water did not work in shower. The first morning, we attributed it to several guests using at the same time. When it happened the second morning at a completely different time, we knew there was a problem and reported it. Neither of us could take a normal shower. In less than 5 minutes, the water was ice cold. I couldn't even finish rinsing out my hair. We were moved to a different room for the final night, but the problem persisted there as well - shower started out warm, then got colder in a very short time. When we reported the problem again, a maintenance person promptly came to our room. He turned on the shower (which started out warm of course), unscrewed the shower head, said it was fine, screwed it back on and left in all of 3 minutes. When we reported this the next morning, we were told we weren't the only guests having problems with warm showers!! There is a BIG problem going on in this hotel and I hope it is fixed sooner than later because if it wasn't for the cold showers, this would have been an EXCELLENT stay.
