The ice maker was not working when its hot

The room was clean, the shower worked well, every room is on the ground floor and you can park directly in front of your room.

The bed was a bit firmer than I would like. They also required a cash deposit of $25. I don't carry cash so I had to give them my I.D. to hold onto while I went to the bank across the street to pull out the money.

The sheets had blood so we slept ontop of the comforter. 2nd night everything was perfect there after.

Not very customer friendly. Customer service really needs improvement.

Vinyl floor is good. Room is not small.

Shampoo is one very small bottle for 3 people 2 nights. Come on, put an extra one won't spend you a big money.

The location, very quiet, nice tv, fridge and microwave. The bed was good quality and had a restful sleep, I would return again.

$5 deposit for keys, have to pay $0.50 for ice each time, checkout 11am,and no coffee maker.

The web does not do this property justice. This place is an older motel but remodeled very nicely with nice new furnishings wall treatment and warm colors.

The Bed was AMAZING..I had requested a couple of extra towels late in the evening and they were delivered quite quickly. Super nice staff, great area and will definitely go again.

Great rooms. Updated, clean and pleasant rooms. The location is excellent.

staff is awful. Office is messy and staff is rude and disorganized.

The sheets and pillowcases were dirty and unchanged from the previous occupants! The staff begrudgingly brought us "fresh" sheets. Rude staff, dirty facilities. Not worth their price at all. FYI, this motel also charges rooms by the hour. Shady vibe.

Surprisingly clean and will the basic amenities in a regular room and within minutes to City of Hope.

My husband and I stay at Oak Park Motel every time we are in this area for a visit. The rooms are clean and quiet.

The room was very clean and the furnishings seemed practicly new. The bathroom had nice tile and was clean; every thing was in working order.

Small things that are expected in motel rooms were missing. There were no coat hangers, facial tissues, table lamp or clock radio.

Despite its age, it has that "Old World" charm and is clean, and fairly updated.

Needs to have a non-paying ice machine....I mean really, are we now charging people for tap water????

This is a hidden gem; tucked away on Huntington Drive in Monrovia. Despite the age of the motel, it has completely been renovated, it's clean and modern, and you don't experience that typical "motel" atmosphere! This is definitely worth the stay.

Perhaps, just a little better attitude from the front office staff when you check in. Seems to be a little plain, and your behind glass, so it's not the most appealing.

Close to the freeways. Cheap prices. It does come with a fridge and microwave. So if you need a cheap place for a couple days, this place works.

The room we stayed in smelled really bad. As a smoker even I thought it needed to be aired out better. Also, the room was tidy, but there was stains on the bathroom door and on the tiles. Housekeeping needs to learn to wipe down things better.

It looks older but it's clean and the room is a large room.

Outside appearance is not the best, but what matters is the staff and cleanliness and they did well in those areas.

What I like the most about this place is the location,the price,and the friendly staff.
