Best Western Town House Lodge

The check in gal was friendly, knowledgable and accommodating to my special request. Breakfast was great!

Rooms were clean, staff seemed friendly. Hotel property seemed well maintained.

location of hotel was in a busy business area with many one way streets. Hotel did not seem to refill enough food in timely manner. Hotel did not seem to provide additional servings toward end of breakfast hours. There was not many restaurants nearby.

Excellent and very tasty breakfast that even had eggs, very smooth check in with professional staff.

Good location in the city and very quiet area.

Three water bugs / roaches in the room.

Nothing worst place I've ever stayed Not to mention I pd for room that stayed vacant for the night. N I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded. They told me they were orthodontist. Liars.

Everything.Hotel employees are self righteous and judgemental. Manager Ashley is the most unpleas in regards to being a liar. She kept my $100 deposit w/ nothing wrong with the room at all. I had spilt some chcolate milk and cleaned it with a towel.

The room had very strong smell like dust/cigarettes. There was a huge cocaroach in the bathroom and another one dead near the AC. Just a Horrible experience.

Location in relation to the concert venue, five blocks to walk to the venue and restaurant choices along the way.

The location is great for finding good places to eat and walking distance to these and nightlife) entertainment. Staff was friendly and exceptional in customer service.

The room had an a stale, funky odor to it. TV was small maybe 40 inches, and channel selection was minimal.

The location is perfect for where I do my business.

I called the hotel to see if I could check in early and was told yes I arrived around 1:15pm and was charged $20 extra dollars for the early check in the receptionist had an I dont care attitude when I explained Im a regular customer.

Excellent staff, super clean and great location (safe and close to everything).

Only good views with this hotel

That I had the bottom room facing the mansion and very clean place. Also staff was really friendly and were super friendly. One last thing I love there make up remover wipes, they are amazing.

Honestly there¿s nothing bad about this hotel.

Restless night due to other noisy guests, street racing traffic, loud music from night club nearby. Also, they actually ran a $100 charge on my credit card as a deposit, and still haven't credited 3 days later.

The room is renovated, very clean. It is right in Modesto downtown and conveniently accessible to all great site seeing.

Front desk person was friendly

As we were packing to leave we saw a bed bug on the wall. We took a picture of it just to be sure. We got home 2 days ago and still haven't brought our things in the house in case any bed bugs got on our things.

This hotel they¿re remodel all the hotel new and clean Everything in the room is new and modern. receptionist Very friendly, fast in checking in, all staff and housekeepers super friendly, convenient, fast. I recommend. ¿¿

it was clean except corner of floors in bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast variety too.

The breakfast was the best part about this hotel

But I didn't like is the $100 deposit they took off my card when it processed it said approved and he said it didn't go through but my bank said it did go through so he ran it again and it processed twice so that's $200 gone that I'm waiting to get back

It was great being in the downtown location. We enjoyed the free breakfast. The room was good for our needs while we were in town visiting family. Lots of parking. Rather safe area with not too much noise from trains.

Night time staff seemed a little uninviting. They didn't have waffles this time. 2 double beds seem small so maybe have a room option with 2 queen beds. Pool doesn't look clean/is old.
