Pros +
- Staff was friendly
- Location
- Big rooms
Cons -
- Roach in the room and construction going on in half the hotel. There was only one door to get in and only stairs to get to upper floors. There was no warning about the construction
- Do not leave food out on the counter ...bugs will be in it. Would not recommend this hotel just yet until after the completion of remodeling
- The shower didn't work and the woman at the front desk wouldn't give me a refund or switch our room. She said someone would check our shower but no one ever went. Asked for a refund before we left she said her manager would call me, no one has called

The price
The room i paid for (king) wasn't available and i was"upgraded "to a double queen. The hotel is under renovation and there is a lot of physical malfunction. Ask to chk rm b4 pmt!! I wasn't there for the TV, but the TV services weren't functional.
Leaving. Checked out within a few hours. Stayed at doubletree instead.
Busted security gate, manager threatened to kick my spouse out for requesting a new room while our 3 year old was with him. First rooms door handle was broken and ac didn?t work. Second room had a stained, dirty chair and there was a weird smell in room.
Dirty, old, gate and doors not locked, homeless couple smoking crack outside my window, someone's car window was broken...attempted theft, towel rack coming off wall, smell of marijuana in hallway
Acres to highway
Filthy hall carpets and the security doors didn?t work. These are the same doors that didn?t work 2.5 years ago when I was there.
Good wifi
Deferred maintenance. Blackout window blinds inoperable and stuck in the down position. Bed frame broken with mattress tilted. Exterior security locks inoperable. On checkout day room keys of both rooms were deactivated before checkout time even.
Location was perfect with several restaurants within walking distance.
