- nothing. very difficult staff. rude and dont care for guests
Cons -
- Larkspur Landing charged us for a full week even though the hotel reservation was prepaid. Clerk said we would have to come back to front desk the next morning. Very difficult and time consuming (over two weeks} tp resolve! Never again!!!
- Plumbing stuff
- Negative attitude of some staff and advertised chocolate chip cookies not available.
