Signature Inn Merced Yosemite Parkway

Pros +

• Reasonably comfortable and clean
• No towels, hand towels , or wash cloths in room.Refrigerator barely cooled freezer did not work.Pool was broken and closed. It was hot and I was looking forward to a cool down swim.Ice and vending machines were broken and disassembled.Staff was in no hurry to assist with anything.No one would answer the office phone.No breakfast or coffee in the office.Office was not open in the morning to checkout.I could go on but will stop here. I t was not a good hotel.
• It was close to my mom's house

Cons -

• Pay more attention to guests, I had to ask for more toilet paper.
• The staff did not want to check us in at 2am.. (we had problems with out rental car) even though the room was paid for over a month in advance..pillows were flat..not enough towels or toilet paper..arguing from people in the next room over but when we went to go ask the deak staff to tell them to quiet down there was no one to be found
