The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to tons of shopping and restaurants. There was lots of parking, the pool was nice, the gym was pretty good, and the breakfast was great and still had oatmeal at 9:45.

The staff is so Polite and Welcoming. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I most definitely love the Continental breakfast. I Loved everything about my stay. I can't wait to visit Manteca again. I will definitely be staying at the Hampton.

My room was by the elevator and not as quiet as I hoped

I accidentally book the wrong room, when I explained my situation (me, 2 17 yr old boys and a bed)they were very accommodating and although the hotel was booked they were able to give me a room with a second bed. Get customer service, I will be back!

Lake check out only 30 mins morning staff front desk rude and the breakfast is not breakfast it was literally only granola bars n oatmeal packets.

Very friendly staff. Especially a girl who offered some of her to get me medicine when I walked in late from work sounding sick. Breakfast opens at 6 which is nice for the working crown.

The bedding was plush.

I went out of my room to get some ice and was unable to get back in my room. My key card didn't work. I had to go down to the lobby and prove who I was so they would rekey my card for the door. Never had this experience before. It was quickly resolved.

Great staff, very attentive. Nice hot breakfast. Pool was great and pleasant temperature. Room was spacious. Bedding was clean. Nice HD tv. Location so close to shopping & movies. Room was quiet even though next to elevator.

Room had an odor like a convalescent hospital and they tried to cover it with freshener spray. Hot tub was cold. Could only fill the bath through the top shower head faucet. Handle to change to lower bath faucet was broken. Internet was too slow.

This hotel should be rated three stars or more. Very clean, breakfast is great, and the staff is friendly. I have stayed at this hotel numerous of times and to be honest this is probably the best hotel in Manteca.

We were very pleased. The decor was upgraded, the room was extremely clean and the bed was really comfortable.
