No potted plants anywhere- stark decor. Poor condition, needs repairs. Hot tub not heated

The bed was extremely hard, I was not able to go to sleep at all or get comfortable and the bathroom smelled like pee! Not the best experience that I had

We had to switch rooms 3 times. 2 times the door was broken and would not let us back in and on the 3rd room the smoke detector kept going off so we cut the trip short, went for a funeral for my best friend, and drove back home almost 7 hours.

I rented a room with a balcony above the pool. Cost a little extra but the room was much larger than some of the others. Nice little breakfast in the morning.

It would be nice to be able to turn the lights off that are on the balcony. Really bright.

I have bites several places my body by bedbugs and so much noise all night closed highway I really don?t like this hotel

The best part was the breakfast and the wonderful lady who was in charge of the kitchen she on top of everything

Room was dirty, toilet was cloggedso needed to switch rooms, the stairs where dirty and the hot tub jets didn't work another horrible part says none smoking but yet rooms smelled like smoke

No security presence, shady area, rooms smells moldy and it has bad odor. Hair and urine by the bathroom cabinet very disgusting to witness

the hotel had no towels and I had to go to the store to buy towels that night. There was no accommodations for the inconveniences.

*upgraded room¿that had many flaws and lacked amenities *One wash cloth to three towels *A sink that dripped all night *The multi setting shower head was broken and permanently set on a very week stream in the center. *Didn¿t live up to BW standards

Noisiest room. I asked front desk not to put me. On the freeway side but he did it anyway

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Spacious. Breakfast was a Continental style and the waffles were tasty. Easy check in and out. Quiet and tranquil. Easy access from freeway. Lots of places to close by.

horrible. Freeway noise.. Constant janitor rolling janitor trash can around and the wheels roar loudly past the room till 9pm. knawing sounds behind the refridge, mouse? rat? the place is way too run down, never ever will I book here again.

EVERYTHING I barely slept I was afraid a rat or mouse was gonna come out from somewhere. constant chewing sounds behind the refridge kept me up,afraid of what it was...

Enjoyed the complete staff, and treatment of their guests. Everybody had a smile and a good attitude. The breakfast was hot and good tasting. The woman supplying it was very friendly and supported the guests throughout.

Too close to the freeway. Pool could be loud when baseball team was staying there.
