The newness is awesome. Outdoor space with seating and fire area with pool was nice too! Great lounge areas and breakfast with all day coffee and soda is really nice to have. Rooms are good size with seating and kitchenette. Highly recommend!

House keeping, had to ask for cleading had to ask for coffee replacement garbage wasn't change when sacked for house keeping.

Dog friendly, accommodating and clean, we had a restful night. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfy!

I requested my room to be fully clean everyday but ine of the days wasn't done as we requested. The front desk said because they were short of staff. We came to our room at 11:30pm that day to a messy room, no clean towels tk take showers, the bed wasn't done, and trash not removed. It was very disappointing and upsetting. Also, since they host the little ligue baseball, they didn't have enough breakfast prepared for all the guests, and people were upset and arguing about it. The hotel needs to plan better for this kind of situations. It was bad.

Nice location near to freeway, restaurant,and shopping places. Bedroom was nice and clean. Front desk excellent, acceptable breakfast with delicious choices. Overall nice hotel.

Housekeeping was not acceptable. Our room was neglected for two days. No clean towels or trash removal. We call front desk for clean towels and trash removal. The Housekeeping person coming with fresh towels was not friendly and didn't pick up dirty towels and trash. We called frontdesk again to let them know. Not impressed with Housekeeping service.

It was clean, staff is kind and wonderful, the rooms felt like a home away from home, free laundry, great location around a lot of shopping centers, right across from a gas station and restaurant

Super clean, great amenities in the room, great gym, free, laundry, great staff, could it be in a better location.

Super friendly - front desk person was speaking to us during check in. sometimes small talk makes a difference in greeting.plus, always smiling and asked if need anything be sure to let them know.

Pool was not available to use - due to an incident - being almost 100' degrees

The location and property were both fine but I was charged 9 times for my stay because the man at the front desk that was in training kept hitting the back button and then submitted over and over again. Now there is a hold on my credit card because I was charged $10,777.46. This is ridiculous that i cannot touch my own bank account because it’s on hold.

They should not leave associates alone until they are fully trained.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had booked with a third party and did not go through. I met with Megan a few hours earlier to check in and see I was able to bring in food to celebrate my niece's birthday. From the moment I spoke to Megan (front desk) she was very understanding and talked me through what was happening. Megan took off the stress I was under and just turned the situation from a negative to positive one. Our stay was amazing and felt like home. I will definitely be staying here more often. Megan, thank you for being kind and empathic!

Just a simple one, one of the room cleaners came into my room while my family and I were still packing. Didn't knock, just used her key to come in. Just knock next time please!

It was not finished, shower leaked and not easy to access due to a shower door being caulked shut which caused lots of puddles, curtain wiring was showing,

I feel like the property could have had a gourmet breakfast for the price of the suites they charge. Some of the fruit and sausage were still frozen. Breakfast was from 6-10am and when the food ran out at 8:30am they said breakfast was over. We had to go out to buy our own breakfast. Other than that, everything was very pleasant.

I wouldn’t know what I liked because I booked a room through booking.com 2 weeks prior and had a reservation on email and in the app but Staybridge didn’t have a room for me.

The fact that I showed up with a reservation on my app and my email and they didn’t have a room for me. So we had nowhere to stay because everything was sold out that night in the area in the hotel or Booking.com didn’t offer me anything.

Had a great stay there for travel ball - very pleased with the hotel. Will definitely go there again when we are in town for ball.
