Ocean View Studio Manhattan Beach

I liked how clean it was, the size, the stocked cabinets with paper towels, plates, q-tips, etc. I loved the location and the price.

I was never sent check in instructions. It was a pain to stand out there with loud cars and in the wind while I tried to get a hold of someone on the phone for them to give my the code. Then the code didnt work and it was a big hassle.

Place was clean and within walking distance to the beach and a very wide assortment of restaurants. There was a fridge, microwave, AC unit, and WiFi.

Bathroom amenities were subpar. Single ply TP, and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash smelled off. The view of the ocean was very limited. If you stood on very side of the balcony you’d be able to see the ocean, but it’s not something you could sit down and eat your breakfast while watching. Company that manages the rental was pretty unresponsive. We requested early check in and they never got back to us on that. Every time we called the number it would go to voicemail, and emails would take 1-2 hours for response.

Location great, walk to beach and shops close-by. Nice bathroom and attention to details for tea/refrig etc.... Got good help with lock via email. Nice porch with table and chairs at least when wind not too high!

Place is very small and bed so so. Stairs might be too much for disabled or too elderly. WIsh there was a way to turn off light outside the door at night

Distance from the ocean was great. It was a cozy place.

A lot of stairs. Maybe place some water bottles in the fridge.
