- If you’re traveling with kids this definitely isn’t very kid friendly. The shower is super small and all slick tile. I almost slipped, my son slipped. We found trash from the pervious person under the bed. No ac, the windows didn’t have screens on them

Stains all over the bed. Tv did not work. Wifi did not work. No staff - check in was confusing and took 4 hours to get our room code.

When arrived roomed has trash on bed. Bed was messed up and charging cables were left on nightstand. There was nobody available to speak to.
Nothing! Misled by info. Didn¿t realize it wasn¿t handicap accessible even to having to go down steps to enter building and these steps were poorly lit¿¿¿¿ DID NOT STAY THERE!
Not handicap accessible for our mobility (steps in/out) or visual issues ( depth perception and poor outside lighting). We had NO idea when booking. Could not safely stay there. Refund stay to my Amex card immediately.

No one send me self chechin instruction. No one answer phone. I waited in labby for hours to call and message them. The bed is not conformable. Open and eat cookies in Refrigerator.
This was not a hotel. To charge upwards of $--- dollars with fees for the room to not have a proper bathroom, people sleeping on the lobby couches, and hearing a microwave go off at midnight downstairs for an hour ¿ this was a hostel at best.

Luckily we were only there for one night. We thought we were getting a room with two double beds but the room had a queen. This is a hostel which I didnâ≢t see or missed in the listing. Thereâ≢s no one at the from desk and they leave on the front desk.
The curtains were broken, the shower was in the middle of the room. The walls a paper thin but they provide ear plugs.
