Shilo Inn Mammoth Lakes is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and just a quick drive to local skiing, biking, golf courses, and many additional seasonal outdoor activities. A continental breakfast is served daily. Each room is equipped with free WiFi, satellite TV, a seating area, and an private bathroom. Additional amenities include a coffee machine, refrigerator, and microwave. Please note that our pool and hot tub are currently closed for renovations . Guests can take advantage of complimentary ski lockers. Mono Lake is 30 mi away, and Yosemite National Park is 99 mi away from Shilo Inn Mammoth Lakes.

- Was able to check in an hour early that was nice. Close to stores and restaurants.The room was quiet and comfortable.

- Price of $500 per night for a cheap motel room.
- Everything… it’s very old , dirty and outdated. They advertise a jacuzzi that doesn’t work . They don’t have regular TV channels for guests , like 4 NBC or 2 CBS . We couldn’t watch a football game on a regular channel . Our room had a bad musty Oder . Will not return

Location was great.
The hotel is not maintained well. Carpet on the hallway was filthy and unhealthy. Carpet inside the room was dirty. A/C was not working and squeaking the whole night and we could not sleep. Bathroom water was not flowing well and puddling up.

Please note the property only accepts dogs. Guests traveling with pets are subject to an additional fee of USD 20 per stay and a maximum of two dogs per room. Please be sure to check for road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year. Pet fee is $35 per pet, per night. We are going through a renovation so exterior has on-going construction on weekdays 8A-4P, spa & sauna are not available at the moment. There will be a $50 incidental charge upon check-in which they will receive at the end of their stay typically within 1-2 days. An early check-in is available for a $50 charge if we have availability. Service Animals and Non-Service Animals will be charged $350 to any damages done to the room. Service Animals are exempt from fees but must show documents upon arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
