    • Overall everything was great.with one exception.
    • the kind and friendly staff they have. The lady who served the breakfast she was very kind and loved her time she dedicated to us to show different places we can visit in during our stay.
    • Definitely the breakfast was the best thing about the Cinnamon Bear

    Cons -

    • No USB port charger.most hotels have them in rooms in one form or another.had to go out and by one to charge my electronic accessories.
    • we don't have anything negative.
    • I Could hear every step taken by those above. The folks above took a bath at 12:40 am. The filling of the tub jolted me awake. Then one took a shower at 5:00 am which again woke me up. The foam top mattress slept hot. No staff met. Phone # given if needed

Convenient, clean and welcoming. Great breakfast.

Somewhat dated building, but clean and part of the charm.

It is quaint not fancy. People are friendly. Room quiet and charming. Good place to rest. Would have loved the hot tub it was broken.

Extremely friendly staff, cleanliness, pet friendly and great location near restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and the village. Very good value price/quality

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-9-2018

Staff was great, access to rooms was easy.

Rooms were dated and parking was interesting at best.

    Not much to like.

We reserved a 'Deluxe' room; our room was anything but deluxe. The place in general is old and dated, tiny bathroom, noisy (you can hear people walking above and on the stairs), the breakfast was pretty lame. My pillow smelled like cleaning solvent.

Location. A Nice hotel if only the staff Would be more serviceminded and the deskription of the hotel Would match reality better.

The staff wasn't friendly. We were promised a room with a View and didn't get one. We made reservation for a familyroom, but it was an ordinaty room. We were promised a full breakfast but the chef only made one kind of dish.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-18-2017

    Location and good breakfast.

Very small room showed a lot of wear. I would have expected to spend half the price - especially out of season.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-27-2016

The owners were so sweet, welcoming and helpful. When we arrived they offered us wine and cheese from their happy hour. They helped us find a place to eat and recommended things to do in the area. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the area!

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-17-2016

The location was excellent for going to the lakes and we also went to Yosemite from there. The setting was with a view of the woods from our window which was beautiful

The room was very tiny. It was for two with not enough room to pass each other. The bathroom was even smaller. This was not a double room and should only have had a single bed in it. The breakfast was just pancakes and coffee with no choices or option

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-12-2016

    The location.

No air conditioning. Breakfast is limited to whatever they are serving, everyone gets the same meal. They were serving pancakes the morning we were there; diabetics can't eat pancakes with powdered sugar and syrup.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-3-2016

    quite, everything worked

no staff after 8pm. things are looking alittle rough, peeling paint, carpets worn and dirty.

    10MarkPosted on: 5-3-2016

Rooms were very well decorated. Really nice furniture, bed was great. I loved the gas fired room heater.

Exterior needed some cosmetic work, from the outside the place looked kind of shabby

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-4-2016

The couple who run the place, man and his wife, are friendly and helpful. They make an amazing breakfast.

The bathroom fixtures were old. It was difficult to regulate the hot water in the shower.

    7EdPosted on: 2-1-2016

Great location right in the center, but not on busy road. Nice employees.

Breakfast was minimal. Expected more from a place that is called a "Bed & Breakfast".

    8MichaelPosted on: 1-31-2016

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast and daily happy hour with wine and cheese was very good. The location was very good, a short walk to the red line bus station and several restaurants. Jacuzzi was a comfortable temp

We stayed in an "economy" room, which has a double bed. The room is really small. It's somewhat difficult to regulate the room temp. Walls are very thin - easy to hear conversations from adjacent room. No ski storage for some rooms.

    5ChrisPosted on: 1-15-2016

staff was very friendly and the location was nearby lots of stores.

Economy rooms are very tiny, Like a doghouse. Tiny bed touching three walls no space to move. A closet is bigger than that room. When you reserve a room you don't see pictures of economy rooms I REFUSE TO SLEEP,and they wont refund for any % of money.

    10WillisPosted on: 9-10-2015

The location was good close to everything and you could walk through out the town. The breakfast was awesome every day and the staff was very helpful. I will stay with them again.
