Clean, New fixtures, helpful staff person.

Amenities cut WAY too far. I did not look at "Room amenities and photos" because I was sure it was standard for a cheaper place. So I was deeply shocked the room was outfitted with significantly fewer amenities than what I consider absolutely basic.
