The La Quinta by Wyndham Madera is the perfect place to stay at the historic gateway to Yosemite. Yosemite National Park and Kings Canyon National Park are just 1 hours' drive away. Enjoy complimentary continental breakfast and then splash around in the pool. All rooms feature free movie channels. Tea and coffee-making facilities are provided. An onsite beer and wine bar is offered. The hotel is an easy drive (less than 1 hour) to Kings Canyon National Park and Sequoia National Park Wi-Fi, charges apply in some cases.

- Close to my sons home.
- Room was nice and it was clean.
- Location to my sons home. Very comfortable bed.
Cons -
- Large room and dog friendly
- Breakfast. Missed 3 out of 4 times due to closing up too early. I have stayed 2 times. Staff td me 10 but it was over at 9. That is too early. Not happy about that at all.
- I arrived around 2:30pm. There was no one around in the lobby or front desk. I had to ring the bell multiple times and yell "Hello" before anyone came to assist. Parking lot empty and was not allowed to check in without being charged extra.
