room needs to be upgraded. TV is in a ridiculous location (bedroom at side of bed. Carpet is dirty. All furniture is faded and scratched. Staff not always attentive. We had the "Americana room" "Santa Fe" room was upgraded and empty during our stay
The location and coziness of the room. It was also quiet and peaceful. Had an ocean view and staff was very accommodating.
