The best thing about this hotel is the gym — it’s a full-size gym with many new machines. You can train properly here; it has everything you need. If you want to stay in shape, you will really like it.
The main concern and source of dissatisfaction is the room service. From my understanding, in 5-star hotels room service is usually provided twice per day, or at least once.In my case, because of jet lag I always woke up around 1 PM, pressed the “Service” button, and left the hotel. However, to my surprise, nothing had been done when I returned at around 11 PM. I asked reception about this situation, and they simply said that someone would come to take the trash, but full room service would only be done the next day. It seems this is considered normal in this hotel: if you miss the morning service, even if the “Service” button is pressed, you must call reception and request cleaning. There is no evening service, no refresh of water or coffee. On the second day, my slippers tore, and housekeeping removed them during cleaning (which only happened after I called reception). But no replacement slippers were provided for the rest of my stay.Another strange thing was the minibar - it was completely empty. There is a fridge, but nothing inside. Again, this does not feel like a 5-star hotel. The overall condition of the room is acceptable - nothing terrible, but nothing impressive either. The furniture is standard and in some places noticeably worn. The balcony floor was extremely dirty. My son went outside in socks, and they became completely black.

Location, comfort of room. I would also like to thank this hotel particularly when I stayed here in February of 2022. During that stay, I found out my husband was in a tragic accident and your staff helped me to get on my way with the utmost discretion and compassion. I profoundly appreciated their kindness and assistance. Thank you.

Disappointing stay – not worth the starsThe only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the valet team and the bellmen — they were polite, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. The rest of our stay was filled with disappointment:•Our room was left completely untouched — no cleaning, no fresh towels, no bed made.•When we reported it, we were met with excuses and no real solution.•We had to sleep in a dirty room, without any sincere apology or compensation. For a hotel that claims to be five-star, the service was completely unworthy of that rating. No follow-up, no care, no accountability.Definitely not the experience we expected — or paid for.
Absolutely unacceptable experience — not worthy of a five-star hotelI stayed at this hotel expecting five-star service. What I got was a complete lack of professionalism, care, and basic hospitality. After being out all day with my family — exhausted, with my young son asleep in his stroller — we returned to find our room completely untouched. No cleaning. No bed made. No fresh towels. Nothing.Just a dirty room and zero explanation. When I addressed the issue, I was told the “Do Not Disturb” button had been activated — a false excuse, as a housekeeper had entered our room at 8:00 AM. Clearly, the sign was not on.No real solution was offered. No sincere apology. No compensation. We were handed a couple of towels and left to sleep in a used, dirty bed. This level of disregard is shameful, especially in a hotel that claims to be luxury. The staff ignored my complaint, and I had to fight just to be acknowledged — even then, no professionalism, no accountability. If you’re looking for a place that respects its guests and lives up to its advertised standards — look elsewhere.
