Its fine for a night or two and that's saying a lot. Room was fine and clean beds. Loo was OK too. the AC dripped and they couldnt fix it and added rolls of towels to stop the spread. Great potential if they can uprade it a bit and clean up the parking lot of garbage and trash cans. Friendly staff though and tried to help as best. Metro station is 6 blocks away and that is good

In a very run down locale of LA , looks dangerous a bit too with drunks' and others loitering around the entrance area. Garbage everywhere

The room is dirty and really dusty, the pillows and beds are really dirty and full of hair. There was really old food in the fridge, air conditioning doesn't even work its really old.

We stayed on a Sunday night so it was not busy. The place was clean. Well lit. And good parking for my big SUV. Rooms were clean. Refrigerator and microwave. Also for some reason. There are two televisions. There is shampoo and shower gel provided.

Well the area is not too great. But the hotel seems to handle it well. The rooms are in the back of the location and the pariking in the front. So it gives you some buffer from the area. I was a little alarmed that the clerk was behind secuity screens.

The location was central which was good, easy access to everywhere in downtown. The room was low average and expected for two stars. However, motel staff took my credit card information and used it to charge $100 which was not authorized.

An issue with things left in the room,the staff at the hotel and the owner of things left in room came three times in the night to accuse my nephew of not returning items. Unprofessional, inconsiderate and dishonest. A refund on room require due to ordeal

The room was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly, helpful and nice. The area was well lighted and clean.

TV channels were very scarce. Only about 6 local channels and 1 HBO and 1 Starz channel were available. That was inadequate.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms that look like they have recently been updated. Close to LA Live area. Honestly, I expected a so-so hotel, only for the purpose of sleep, but it was actually quite nice!

The neighborhood isn't the best.... But it's not that bad ...
